Annual General Meeting - November 18, 2025

It’s that time of year again! The Foothills Caledonia Youth Pipe Band will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 18.

This is an important evening for our organization — a chance to review the past year, plan for the season ahead, and fill the key volunteer roles that keep our band running strong.

We will be electing our Parent Executive positions:

• President

• Vice-President

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Registrar

• Quartermaster

These positions are filled by parent volunteers and are essential to the success of our band.

In addition to executive roles, there are also other ways to get involved, we would love vounteer to help with Social Media • Fundraising • Casino Coordination.

Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to take on a bigger role, we need YOU! Your involvement directly supports our pipers and drummers — helping them learn, play, and grow through music.
